Duda Honored As Gold Stevie® Winner in the 15th Annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service

Exciting news! Duda is very proud to announce that our Duda Customer Support Team was named the winner of a Gold Stevie® Award for outstanding customer service in the “Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year - Technology Industries” category.


The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, business development, and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes eight of the world’s leading business awards programs. 


“This is an incredible honor and a strong validation of the high level of importance that Duda places on customer service,” said Duda Chief Customer Officer Oded Ouaknine. “Amazing service and support have always been core to the Duda brand. We worked hard in 2020 to launch new customer support channels and to roll out special offers to help our customers survive and thrive as the COVID-19 pandemic hit. We’re thankful to all of the judges for this recognition of our efforts.”


More than 2,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.


“In the toughest working environment in memory for most organizations, 2021 Stevie Award winners still found ways to innovate, grow sales, please their customers, and secure new business,” said Stevie Awards President Maggie Gallagher. “The judges have recognized and rewarded this, and we join them in applauding this year's winners for their continued success.”



This honorable distinction from the Stevie Awards comes fresh on the heels of Duda being named the number one overall web content management system in G2’s Winter 2021 Website Content Management Usability Index for Small Businesses.
