Duda Ranked #1 in G2 Winter 2021 Small-Business Web Content Management Usability Index

We’re very excited to announce that Duda has been ranked the number one overall web content management system in G2’s Winter 2021 Website Content Management Usability Index for Small Businesses. Overall index scores are based on customer surveys and focus on four key areas including ease of use, ease of admin, how well the web content management system meets requirements, and user adoption. 


Duda received the highest score in the index ahead of 23 other leading web content management systems — 8.91 out of 10. The average overall score for platforms in this category was 8.

Web Content Management Usability Index scores are based on survey results from real-world customers verified by G2. Duda performed especially well in the categories regarding “ease of use” and “ease of admin.” 


Below are “ease of use” scores for Duda and a few of our top competitors based on G2 results. Duda took the top spot in this category with a score of 93%. The average score for competitor web content management systems was 85%.



And below are the scores for “ease of admin.” In this category, Duda scored a 95%. The average was 88%.
