Duda wins two Silver Stevie Awards in customer service categories

Duda is proud to announce that we have been named the winner of two Silver Stevie® Awards in the following categories:


  • Award for Innovation in Customer Service - Computer Industries
  • Achievement in Customer Service Automation


These awards recognize the incredible work Duda's support team has done over the past year - thinking outside the box, improving processes with AI and automation, and delivering industry-recognized customer experiences across all of our support channels, including the Duda Community


The awards are also backed by dozens of 5-star G2 reviews highlighting the effectiveness and efficiency of Duda’s incredible support team.


The 2024 competition received more than 2,300 nominations in 51 nations. It’s an honor to join the list of prestigious Stevie Award winners, including Bank of America, Ford Motor Company, Verizon, and many others. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 200 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.


The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top honors for customer service, contact center, business development and sales professionals. The Stevie Awards organizes nine of the world’s leading business awards programs, also including the prestigious American Business Awards® and International Business Awards®. 


Winners were announced during a gala event attended by more than 400 professionals from around the world at the Bellagio in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, April 12.


The judges shared glowing feedback for both of Duda’s winning submissions, including:
