At DudaCon 2026, we introduced new capabilities that will help agencies manage more of their clients' digital presence from Duda. The announcements included native Marketing Automation, new developments in AI Visibility, more ways to build with Duda Vibe and AI Copilot, and expanded integrations with external AI assistants.
These updates reflect the direction we're taking the platform. Agencies already rely on Duda to build and manage websites at scale. We're extending those capabilities to help them improve how clients are discovered online and turn more website activity into business results.
It's an approach organized around three areas: Build, Get found, and Convert.
Here's a closer look at what we announced, what's recently become available, and what's coming next.
Build: More flexibility for websites, apps, and custom experiences
We're continuing to expand the ways agencies can create and manage websites through Duda, with improvements to AI Copilot in Editor 2.0 and new capabilities for Duda Vibe.
AI Copilot can handle more complex website tasks
AI Copilot in Editor 2.0 now supports more involved website production tasks.
In addition to rewriting content, updating images, and adjusting layouts, Copilot can create custom widgets, work with collections and dynamic pages, and help optimize websites for search.
These capabilities make it possible to complete work that previously required several separate steps in the editor. Agencies can use Copilot to handle more of the production process while retaining full access to the visual editing tools they're familiar with.
Duda Vibe expands what's possible to build
Duda Vibe, our recently launched AI-powered creation tool, gives agencies a prompt-based way to create websites, web apps, and custom digital experiences.
Agencies can describe what they want to build, generate an initial version, and refine it using AI or the visual editor.
Since launch, more than 7,000 projects have been created by over 3,300 agencies, and we've introduced 43 new features.
Recent improvements include server-side rendering to support SEO, built-in forms, and visual editing capabilities that allow teams to make changes without relying on AI prompts for every adjustment.
Vibe also supports databases, authentication, server functions, and secure backend integrations, giving agencies the tools to develop more sophisticated applications alongside traditional websites.
More agency-focused capabilities for Vibe
We're also bringing more of Duda's established agency workflows into Vibe.
These include white-label delivery, client permissions, and reusable templates that help agencies manage projects across multiple clients.
Several additional capabilities are on the way:
- Client AI Credit controls to manage AI usage for individual clients.
- Comments in Copilot to support collaboration.
- Custom agency skills to apply reusable instructions and standards across projects.
- Duda Store and Bookings integrations to bring commerce and appointment scheduling into Vibe projects.
Together, these developments give agencies more flexibility to choose between the Duda Editor and Vibe based on the requirements of each project, while maintaining the controls they need to deliver work at scale.
Get found: Helping clients improve their visibility in AI search
As more people use AI assistants to research businesses and compare services, agencies need ways to understand how their clients appear in AI-generated answers.
That's the purpose of Duda AI Visibility, launched earlier this year.
AI Visibility helps agencies measure a website's presence in AI search, compare it with competitors, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Understand where clients appear in AI-generated answers
With AI Visibility, agencies can track relevant prompts, monitor visibility over time, and see how frequently a business appears alongside its competitors.
The platform provides insights into share of voice, sentiment, and the sources referenced in AI-generated responses. It also generates recommendations for improving a website's visibility.
Those recommendations connect directly to Duda's AI Copilot, allowing agencies to make suggested website improvements without moving between separate tools.
Build ongoing AEO services
AI Visibility also supports agencies looking to expand their search services into answer engine optimization (AEO).
Agencies can use visibility audits to identify opportunities for prospective clients, demonstrate where competitors are appearing in AI search, and develop ongoing optimization plans.
White-label reporting and API access make it possible to incorporate these insights into existing agency services.
Adoption has grown quickly since launch. At DudaCon, we shared that AI Visibility had reached 6,400 sites, with 40,000 prompts tracked, more than 500 agencies purchasing AEO packages, and 141,000 content suggestions generated.
As AI-powered discovery becomes a larger part of how people find businesses, these capabilities give agencies a practical way to measure and improve their clients' presence.
Convert: Marketing Automation is now part of Duda
One of the biggest announcements at DudaCon was the introduction of Duda Marketing Automation, bringing email marketing, SMS campaigns, contact management, and automated customer journeys directly into the platform.
Agencies can now manage more of the activity that happens after someone visits a client's website, without having to connect a separate marketing platform.
Email and SMS marketing
Marketing Automation includes tools for creating, scheduling, and measuring email and SMS campaigns.
Agencies can use a visual editor to build campaigns and draw on existing website assets, including images, colors, and fonts, to maintain consistent branding.
AI Copilot can assist with campaign creation and editing, while built-in reporting provides insights into delivery, engagement, and conversions.
Automated customer journeys
The workflow builder allows agencies to create multistep automations using triggers, conditions, delays, and messages.
These workflows can support lead nurturing, appointment follow-ups, customer reengagement, and other ongoing communication.
Because Marketing Automation is integrated with Duda, agencies can manage these activities alongside the websites that generate leads and customer interactions.
Built-in contact management
Marketing Automation also includes contact management capabilities that bring together information collected through website activity, including forms, bookings, and purchases.
Agencies can manage contact details, create custom fields and labels, and organize audiences into static or dynamic segments.
This makes it easier to tailor campaigns to different groups without requiring a separate customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Marketing Automation also supports white-label branding, client permissions, reusable templates, and consent and unsubscribe management.
With these capabilities available directly in Duda, agencies can expand their services to include ongoing marketing and customer engagement as part of their clients' web presence.
New site business plans bring more capabilities together
Alongside Marketing Automation, we announced new site business plans that make it easier to package website and marketing capabilities together.
The plans include features such as email marketing and Duda Bookings, with expanded allowances for email campaigns, automations, and SMS as businesses grow.
For agencies, this creates more flexibility in how they structure their offerings. A website package can include appointment scheduling and basic marketing capabilities from the start, with opportunities to add more advanced services over time.
The new plans also reduce the need to manage separate subscriptions for capabilities that work closely with a client's website.
More ways to work with Duda through AI
Another important part of the keynote was the expansion of Duda's AI infrastructure.
We're connecting more of the platform through AI Copilot and the Model Context Protocol (MCP), which allows compatible external AI assistants to interact with Duda's tools and services.
The expanded capabilities include MCP support for Editor 2.0 elements and Duda Vibe, along with integrations for AI Visibility and Marketing Automation.
We also announced a Duda plugin for Claude, allowing agencies to connect their Duda account and work with supported capabilities directly from Claude.
Some of these integrations are already available, while others are being rolled out.
A connected workflow across the platform
The broader goal is to make it easier for agencies to work across website creation, optimization, and marketing from a single AI-powered workflow.
An agency can use Copilot to make website changes, improve content based on AI Visibility recommendations, and manage marketing campaigns through connected tools.
Teams can work inside Duda or use compatible external AI assistants, depending on their preferences and existing workflows.
These capabilities build on Duda's existing infrastructure for hosting, security, white-label delivery, client management, permissions, and automation. Agencies can continue using their established processes while expanding the range of services they provide.
A more complete platform with greater value for agencies
The announcements at DudaCon 2026 represent a significant expansion of what agencies can accomplish with Duda.
With Duda Vibe and more capable AI tools, agencies have greater flexibility in how they build. AI Visibility gives them new ways to help clients get discovered, while Marketing Automation brings ongoing customer engagement into the same platform.
The new site business plans and expanded AI integrations make those capabilities easier to adopt and manage as part of an agency's existing operations.
We're building Duda into a more complete web presence and marketing platform, with the tools agencies need to support clients from website creation through discovery and conversion.
By bringing more of those capabilities together, we're also making them more accessible. Agencies can offer a broader range of services, reduce their reliance on separate tools, and get more value from the platform they already use.
Our goal is to give agencies a powerful, all-in-one platform at exceptional value, so they can deliver more for their clients while building more efficient, profitable businesses.
